Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese,mozzarella baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs.
- Pour the eggs into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms. You can use your hands to knead the dough gently.
- Place the dough on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Use your hands or a rolling pin to flatten and shape the dough into a pizza crust.
- Bake the almond crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it becomes golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Spread the sugar-free tomato sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add your choice of pizza toppings.
- Place the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
